Try our flat rate service. Place a Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate Box in a convenient location. As you finish working on your bills, invoices, EOB etc etc, drop them in the box. Once the box is full, simply drop it off at the post office. Receive all your documents back scanned, checked and categorized. Included will be a spreadsheet providing date, company and up to two more categories for each scanned document. Scanned documents plus spreadsheet are sent back on a cd or dvd and the originals are sealed back in the box and placed in storage (extra cost) or returned to you. All documents are saved in pdf format. (Extra cost for OCR).

Price: $99.00 per Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate Box or
500 sheets whichever is less.
